Here's where we get work together to set achievable goals that will improve your mental wellbeing.  My approach is slightly different from other nutritional practitioners in that I don't expect you to turn your life upside down, go cold turkey off all of your favourite foods, and partake in unsustainable cleanses.  While that may work for some, I understand that living with mental illness such as anxiety or depression often means that taking one step forward is a huge accomplishment.  Together we get to agree on small steps that over time can have a positive impact.  Let's talk nutrition and lifestyle if you're interested in improving the quality of your life, and I know you are!
